Important Notice: Effective
January 1st 2004
Customers purchasing Vehicles must
have current proof of insurance before the purchase of a vehicle,
No exceptions. You will have to buy a trip permit if not hauling the
vehicle that you purchase. We will have 21 day trip permits
for $30.00. All tags will be taken off the license plates of the
purchased vehicle.
All titled Vehicles
MUST be in by 4:00 pm Friday ----------- with titles in
consignors name

Cars -Trailers - crawlers - Loaders - tires and misc. items
No loading or unloading of equipment
on Tuesdays Please
Small amount of Misc. farm related
items sold each day.. List subject to change.....Some items may have a
reserve bid....Everything is sold on an as-is basis.......Loading
Facilities and hauling available....Consignment accepted until 5pm
Friday before sale......" No receiving or loading out on Tuesday PLEASE"

There will be a 5% buyers fee on Cash or Check, and 9%
for Credit Cards all Sales for this Auction

all over $5,000.00.....25% on items under $250.00 with a $25.00
minimum......$75.00 minimum commission on titled vehicles ........
The Woodburn Auction Yard will NO longer accept Any
Travel Checks, Cashiers Checks, No Credit Line Checks or Money Orders
$500.00 maximum purchase on Debit Cards per day

To purchase a titled vehicle you
must have valid proof of insurance and a valid drivers license. A trip
permit is required to remove a vehicle from the property unless hauled
off. Trip permits are available in the office.

Not Responsible for accidents... no children under the age of 13

13 and over are welcome but children must stay with parents at all
times
